The firm carries out the production with 450 employees, in its Gunesli facilities on 10.500 m² closed-area by using the latest technologies and the best quality of fabrics and accessories. The manufacturing capacity of the firm is 250.000-300.000 pcs/month as denim and weaving trousers, coats, jackets, shirts…

• Source of Fabrics : Cotton and Denim qualities are sourced from local market (Isko, Bossa, GAP, Orkar, Realteks) and some from Europe like Tavex, Montebello,Royo.

• Testing lab : Every batch of fabric is tested for shrinkage & weighted.

• Inspections : Fabrics are checked 100 % . We check the colour and the shrinkage of the fabric. As we make this control we are able to see and dived the quality of the fabric. On the production side we have controllers that control the stitching, washing and packaging line. We also test the spirality of fabric.

• CAD System : We use Gerber V8. There are 8 terminals and 1 nester pastal programme. We have 2 plotters, SP200 otomatik cartoon machine and digit table.

• Sample preparation : Whole samples are prepared in the sample room. Samples are prepared within 1 - 7 days. Sample preparation speed depends on fabric, model of the sample and washing Procedure.

• Personnel : 210 people at Factory in Güneşli/İstanbul,240 people in washing facilities.

• Machinery : We have 35 sewing machines for samples. Also we have 70 sewing machines for production line.

• Washing and drying : Washing are made in our washing factory. In the company we have research and development department,which makes washing designs there. We wash 15.000-20.000 pieces per/day for regular washings and 10.000 pieces per/day for fashion washings.

• Processes :The goods are washed, trimmed, quality controlled and pressed. After pressing all goods final inspected, folded and packed. Last step is boxing of the goods.
